I’m a senior and I have slacked on sophomore year which basically ruined my entire gpa. I have also made poor choices regarding some of my classes that I hated, but I took them anyways.

Haven’t taken Trig/Calc due to a limit in the classes. Got C’s in Chemistry Honors. Three years of spanish.
Will I even be able to become a pharmacist or at least major in Biochem, chem, or biology? Which schools can I get into if any? If my personal statement is great, how much will it raise my chances?
Don’t let this get you down much considering you can’t change what you’ve already done. There are definitely colleges you can get into where you can major in what you would like.
I don’t know a ton of colleges so I can’t help much there, but I found this site. You can scroll down and see the average GPA’s around yours for colleges, and as you can see, there are quite a bit of them.
You should be able to apply to any colleges you’re interested in within reason, since your SAT score is good and you’ve taken rigorous classes. As for pharmacy though, (again, I don’t totally know the process), but from what I understand, if you do well in college and on your PCAT’s, that’s the major determinant when applying to pharmacy school.
You still have time to improve as well, maybe more volunteer work outside of school (perhaps a hospital so colleges see your interest in the medical field), write a kick-ass essay (perhaps even take this as an opportunity to explain the low GPA, and what you’ve learned as a result of it/how you’ve improved. In the essay, they don’t so much want to hear about what you’ve already done rather than why you’ll be a good candidate for their school), find teachers that you are close with who will write you strong letters of recommendation, and study well for SAT II tests to score high on those.
My major concern would be your lack of science classes though, as they are usually pretty important when entering the majors you mentioned. Pharmacy school is heavy on the chemistry, so if you truly struggle with and dislike the subject, a different path may be better.
Home state? What can you and your family afford? You can get into a college, just need some guidelines of where you want to attend and how much can you pay?
You might want to reconsider pharmacy and/or chemistry as your major. Your AP scores for US History and English Language are great, but the Cs in chemistry make me think you don’t like the subject.
Your grades aren’t that bad. Depending on your budget, consider your state schools or some of the LACs.
You are far behind in the math sequence of most colleges. Would you consider taking some community college courses to catch up? Trigonometry is 10th grade math, then Algebra 2, then Pre-calc. Unless your school has a different math track, but either way, most science 4-year programs require 4 years of math to enter - what did you take?
Why so heavy in the AP in social studies if that is not your area of interest?
I took algebra, geometry in the summer, algebra 2, and statistics. Yes, I think I’m going to take trig in the summer while working. For social studies, I felt that I did better in history classes, so I took more.
I agree with @txstella that Biochemistry/Chemistry as a major does not look promising. Since you are a California resident, you have many Cal state campuses that would love to have you as a student. I would suggest Monterey Bay, Channel Islands, Sac State, Sonoma State, Humboldt, San Marcos, LA and SF, to name a few. Depending upon what you plan to major in college, privates such as University of Redlands, Azusa Pacific, Concordia, Cal Baptist, Cal Lutheran may also be good options. I would plug your Stats into the Supermatch feature on this website and see what schools come up in your search.
Someone on this website wrote an article about how he got into yale with that SAT score. Don’t let your scores bring you down! blow the admissions people away with your personal statement and questions
