Would that work astrophysicsmom?

…or it could mean that they just don’t have all the files updated in the computer. In past years, sometimes mail/decisions/BK invites come “waves”…system not updated all at once?

Yellowdogg…try it and tell everyone what happens!

If you apply for housing, does that mean you are accepting the offer of admission? What if you need to still hear back from other schools in like April?

is there anyone who hasn’t gotten the the housing message besides me?

OH NO! I tried it and an error message came up that said, “Nice try! We initially accepted you, but now we are rescinding it. Sucks to be you!!! ~Admissions Office”

lol jk I may try to actually do it.

my sons name comes up in the corner and it says last accessed with the current date/time.

then i backed out.

I clicked around the page and it told me I had to answer all of the questions before submitting

I clicked it and it does indeed let you start the application, I am afraid to go any further than that.

Me too miataman, kind of depressed

@sevgrad and @miataman Don’t lose hope you guys!

yeah…me too sevgrad Not giving up yet but it sure doesn’t look good. We will see. C’mon Testudo…i rubbed your nose…lets see some of your good luck.

1) we dont know this means anything
2) I am sure the system is updating in waves- dont give up hope there are thousands of entries

trust your application and background.

There was another thread on here for advice from current MD students. They said to fill out the housing application even if you are not sure you will attend because you will have a better chance of getting the housing you want. If you decide not to attend you can just cancel the application. You do not need to provide a deposit to fill out the housing form.

Yeah you guys shouldn’t lose hope.

For anyone that’s done the application before, should I consider myself “neat and tidy”? Is that a bad thing?

Yellowdog, are you actually filling out the application already?

Lol. I might.

Ha, it doesn’t matter much on the application…just be honest. (doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be matched with someone with the same cleanliness/study habits/bedtimes as you.)

sevgrad…did you get the impression when you applied that you were questionalble with regards to your stats and getting in? I was under the impression when we applied that we were a 50/50 shot.

People who have the housing form at the bottom of the application, can you just give some stats about your self such as your state, GPA and SAT?
