<p>Yellowdog I think it means you have another student in mind, and want to room with them. And I don’t think they would give you a reliable answer, it can still mean something since not everyone has it.</p>

<p>I do not have the link but I consider myself to be a 50/50 applicant. No worries, something else will come along. It isn’t the end of the world if it doesn’t happen.</p>

<p>For the record, in case this link doesn’t work, the “glitch” showed up on 1/30 and decisions were released on 1/31.</p>

<p>If the same holds true for this year, then don’t expect decisions today, but maybe tomorrow…? </p>

<p>p.s. Another poster thought it was “obvious” that I am “affiliated” with UMD. For the record, I am not. I am an alum and a mom of a freshman. My posts are based on the anecdotes of been there, done that, so no guarantees!</p>

<p>I think my D just missed the early notification deadline. How can you tell from the UMD portal if she applied EA or RD?</p>

<p>look at the submitted date/time. I believe the deadline was midnight 11/9 (extended from 11/1 due to the storms).</p>

<p>I really don’t think it means anything. Another link is an application for limited enrollment program, and it says for currently enrolled UMDCP students only. None of us qualify as that either, so I don’t think the admitted students link means anything. I really don’t think they would just let something like that slip. Especially 2 years in a row. I think it’s just wishful thinking that everyone believes it means we got in.</p>

<p>Weird, cause some people have already completed the housing form already, even without the decisions out. If it’s truely a glitch, then that must suck…</p>
