Did we miss the boat on separate college email?

Junior year - ACT taken, PSAT taken and visits scheduled for Spring Break.

D21 is getting a million emails (mostly “unsolicited” - she checked yes on the standardized test questions).

Anything collegeboard SAT/AP related comes to her school email. Anything ACT related comes to her personal gmail account. She registered for prior and upcoming Spring Break tours using personal gmail account.

Some of these schools count demonstrated interest and I’m concerned that adding a third email to the mix might just be overly complicated, but on the other hand having a separate email that only relates to schools SHE is interested in might be a plus.

I don’t want to undo any good will/associations she has. Should we just stick to personal gmail at this point? She has not created a common app account as far as I know.

I would just keep the gmail account and create separate folders for different things. When you open the email and go to put it in a folder somehow gmail always suggests the correct folder, probably because of content.
