Son wants to go to Rutgers, so he is very disappointed. We haven’t made a decision yet, as we are waiting to hear from private schools.

PittAlum,

I think the 7% class rank brought down the award. They really want top 5% for the bigger scholarships.

Transfer Student. 3.80. PTK. Engineering.

Rutgers - $7000 -njstars
Drexel -$17000 - Dean’s Scholarship
Widener - $12500 - highest transfer scholarship.

Too bad I don’t receive a penny of financial aid, or it’d be pretty cheap. :(

Still don’t know what I’m getting.

Unfortunately, I was overlooked at my community college; I’m deciding between Rutgers and TCNJ. I’m transferring in with my A.S. in Business Adm, but I was never invited to join PTK and I’m graduating with a 3.86 GPA. Looks like I’m missing out on a great scholarship :/.

I’m hoping I get at least a little something for merit.

Does anyone know if the scholarship amounts differ between the Rutgers schools? Likely going to end up at RBS Newark…hoping they value me a little more ;)

Scorpio, when were you informed of your award for Rutgers?

Oh hey, NJIT! Haven’t met anyone else who also applied to NJIT yet I got some money from NJIT too (:

Any one know if scholarship offers are still forthcoming? I’ve heard nothing so far…
