<p>For the record, most if not all grad schools recalculate their GPA. They're interested in things different from just your overall GPA. They might be interested in any of the following (and then some!): your major; your upper division coursework; your upper division major coursework; the work from the last two (or one) years; specific courses (maybe those that directly pertain to whatever school you're looking into).</p>
