so i graduated with an undergrad gpa of 3.1 in poli sci/film and a minor in comm. I had major family and financial problems during school so I worked about 35 hours a week for 4 years because i don’t have the financial backbone of most students. Im taking some time off of school( 1 or two years) to improve my money situations but what are my chances at grad school specifically NYU for Economics? I know its a little farfetched but with my practice GRE i am scoring pretty high. what should I do in this break to appear more desirable. what kind of jobs should I go for? i am paranoid that that my gpa has runed by career goals and everyone says that only perfect students get into NYu
