Didn't fully fill out MC form?

My first AP (world history) was a self-studied one. On the day of the test, I had to frantically fill in the multiple choice bubble-in whatnots while everyone else had filled it in the day before in class. It was really unorganized and chaotic that day.

I don't think I filled in what multiple choice form I had. Perhaps some other minor things too that was unclear -- I gave it to the AP coordinator and asked her to make sure I hadn't missed anything, and she said it was fine -- but she barely glanced at it ...

The only reason I think/know I even missed ANYTHING is because I was on college confidential and noticed a post talking about it.

I do know that I put on the AP sticker, and the serial number that was on the shrink wrap of the MC booklet.

So, did I get a 0? :/

Help much appreciated.

Since each booklet has a unique serial number, that should automatically tell them what form it is. CB has a lot of redundancy to make sure you don’t die because of something like this:

Your MC booklet is verified by serial number, form code, and the CC sticker
Your AP Number is verified by the sticker and the bubbled version; even if you forget the sticker on the FRQ booklet, you can still be found(maybe^by school code or even by the serial number(since FRQs are matched with a MC).
