If you didn't put the MC Form Code on the answer sheet next to the Exam name....

For example in the MC booklet there is something that says Form O and then 4IBZP or something like that. You handwrite them in the boxes next to the exam name.

I'm guessing that the most important info on the booklet are the two barcodes of the Multiple Choice and your AP Number, so would it matter if it's omitted? (Rushed mistake...)

I heard some proctors look over each exam to make sure it's bubbled correctly, but I don't think mine are that careful....

Thanks for anyone who can reassure me

Wait. Did you write the exam name? Like name of exam:AP english Literature?

It should be fine, since EVERY form is O and 4IBP

Yea, it’s probably only a problem if you’re doing late testing or something

Yeah I did write the exam name, just not the two boxes to the right of it.

I worry because I found out that this year there are multiple forms of an AP exam:

[Important Changes: 2011-12](Important Updates for 2022-23 – AP Central | College Board)

not sure you should call them

… ok this is awkward. yodelo have the right idea though you should try to contact them.

I’m guessing they know the form code from the serial number on your exam packet.

My AP Chem proctor was moving along really quickly so I didn’t hear him telling us to fill out that section, and somehow I also overlooked that box. So I didn’t write the form codes or even the exam name D:

However later, at the beginning of the Psych test, I asked the teacher who’s in charge of AP testing at my school about it and she said that it shouldn’t matter too much since there’s still the barcode. Does Collegeboard even have time to read the handwritten, non-bubbled-in parts anyway? Hope not.

I’m a a similar situation. What happened?
