Didn't self-report previous or future AP/IB scores! HOW BAD IS THAT???

I'm so scared right now because I didn't self-report any scores or say of any tests I have planned. I thought my scores were sub par so I didn't report and I forgot about the planned tests. I just emailed undergrad admissions today with the update but I know they probably already made decision. I sent an email with these scores:

AP Biology (May 2013): 2
IB Chemistry-SL-English (May 2014): 4
IB Mathematics-SL-English (May 2014): 5

AP/IB Planned:
IB Spanish B-SL-English (May 2015)
IB Business and Management-HL-English (May 2015)
IB English A1-HL-English (May 2015)
IB Physics-HL-English (May 2015)
AP Calculus BC (May 2015)
AP Computer Science (May 2015)

I KNOW I should have reported them but this is the best I can do now. I am an IB Diploma candidate so they know I have to take the exams right? Do you think it will affect my decision? Columbia is my dream school and I really want to get in. PLEASE SHED SOME LIGHT!!!

I posted my stats below do maybe help on whether or not it will hurt my decision. At the moment I don't think I'll get in because of the AP/IB situation. I know my essays were good probably 8-9/10.

I know decisions made but do you think me leaving that sections blank is detrimental? I mean shouldn’t they know I plan to take tests at least since I’m an IB diploma candidate. Im concerned about other schools as well.

I am unfamiliar with how the admissions people look at stuff since I am not among their ranks, but I imagine from what you are telling me that you should be fine.

Bump

You can always revise for your RD schools if needed.

I doubt that the inclusion or omission moved the needle dramatically; it will not be the reason why you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected.

FWIW, they saw your senior courseload, and could interpret future tests based upon that. At the end of the day though, what’s done is done. Move on.
