Didn't send all ACT scores and now afraid

Hi,

One of the schools I applied to required me to submit all ACT scores, however, upon checking again I found out that I hadn't sent one of them. But it also turns out that this is the lowest ACT score I have ever gotten. So I probably left it like so I can think about it back then, but I have forgotten it and now it has been months and I'm worried that the school will somehow find out that I didn't send all scores and chastise me with a rejection.

Should I submit it right now? Even though its a terrible terrible score? Or is there no way that they can find out?

Please help because I'm worried right now.
Thanks in advance.

bump
please help

Submit the ACT as required and take the decision with your head up.
Ignore the requirement, don’t submit, get admitted then yanked when they find out the poor score-months of worrying and stress.
