I was wondering if my Mathematics Level I/II scores have to be extremely good to get in. I'm planning to go in as an English major (if I get in). I'm an average student in math mostly B's in tests; a bit worried that my math scores could prevent me from being admitted. Average score: 600

HSS admission averages for SAT I Math was 670-770, which is a little lower than the non humanities schools. I couldn’t find anything on SAT II (I remember seeing a huge PDF somewhere with more specific breakdowns but can’t remember if it had SAT II scores), but judging from SAT I stats, they’re probably more lenient. That being said, try getting in the high 600, low 700 range. If you’re getting 600 on Barron’s practice tests, you’ll probably be okay; I scored mid 600s and got 800 on the actual for Math II (if it’s any consolation, math isn’t my strong subject plus I’m pretty lazy when it comes to math). Also, I’d skip Math I, just take Math II after pre-calc.
