Different Situation -- Please Chance Me

So, out of high school, I got accepted to and attended UCSB, but dropped out after 1 and a half quarters due to personal reasons back home (which I explained in my personal statement). I am currently attending a CC and look to transfer to UCLA, UCI, and UCSD (in order of most desired) as a Psychology major. Please chance me for these colleges and tell me if I should try for USC as well.

UCSB Grades
Fall 2007 - 2.36
Winter 2008 - 3 No Passes

Community College Grades
Total GPA - 3.54
Transfer GPA - 3.56 (Manually calculated), 3.43 (Counselor's computer) Don't know why??
Major GPA - 3.67

Extracurricular
Community Service 100 Hours (High School)
Best Buy Cashier (Employed for about a month)
Dean's Honors Spring 2009
Plan to Join Alpha Gamma Sigma Club for Spring 2010

Plan to complete IGETU by transfer

As far as UCLA, there was a 31.23% acceptance rate for psychology in the last batch of transfers, with an average admitted GPA of 3.7. It is an impacted major, and your GPA is below it. I’m not too sure about going from UCSB->CCC-> UC__, and that whole process, but I’d say for Irvine and SD you’re fine.

My counselor had told me that having the UC experience is a positive, given that I provide a legitimate reason in the PS…

Right on. Best of luck!
