<p>Has anyone received a decision on a DA petition yet? I have been admitted to iU and petitioned to get DA to Kelley. No news yet? Do they only respond if the decision is positive? Do they also communicate with you if your petition is declines?</p>

<p>They only contact you if your direct admit is positive. Typically it comes pretty quickly after your acceptance letter.</p>
<p>D received her acceptance one month after appeal.</p>
<p>Do you mean if you petitioned right in the beginning of the petition period you would have heard by now?</p>
<p>for the petition they contact you either way, but for regular direct admit you only hear if you got in. (i think)</p>
