Disappearing SAT scores?

I took the SAT I in June and the SAT II’s in October. I did not specify any recipients for the June test, but I specified two schools (Emory and UF) and the National Merit Scholarship Foundation as recipients for the October test. I got my scores by the regular date online and in the mail without error (no delays, name misspellings, social security mismatches… nothing).

Yesterday, I called both of my schools to check up on the SAT scores, and they both told me that they have my June scores, but not the October SAT II ones. At Emory, they also mentioned that my SAT I scores were “in suspense because a name discrepancy prevented them from being downloaded into our system”. Even with the right name, they still could not reach my SAT II scores.

Then I called the College Board, and they assured me that ALL of my scores were successfully sent a month ago by two-day mail, and that my profile is completely correct with regard to name, test dates, scores, etc.

I’m not completely lost. Colleges say that they’re certain that my SAT II’s were never sent, Collegeboard is certain that they were sent a long time ago. I could re-order the scores (pay $10 each to mail them again) but what guarantee do I have that the re-ordered ones will get through?

Does anyone have any advice/previous experience dealing with this issue?

(I know that neither of those two universities require SAT II’s, I’m just looking to boost my chances and avoid any confusion with future score reporting)

This may seem simple, but did the name you used on the apps match the one on the SAT exactly? If not, the colleges may have them in another file for someone with a slight name variation and no app. Usually their is a field on the app that asks about other names on tests. If this is not the case, I would guess that CB is at fault. For both colleges to loose the scores would be an extremely large coincidence. If it were me, I would call the colleges and ask them again.
