If this kid already has a bad record and is known for things like this, it shouldn’t be too hard to tell your story. Your good record should help you with this.

update: i can’t say too much anymore(i’ve been told by the dept. of student services to keep the incident under wraps) but what i can say is that we don’t foresee a punishment that would go on my record such as a suspension. huge relief 🥲. everything is going to be OK.

update: our complaint went through, and they found evidence of abuse. kid was punished accordingly.
