<p>Hi I'm an American canadian thinking of McGill but I've heard its very difficult your first year with large classes. Also that academic dishonesty is a large problem, and classes are unfair. Is this a big problem with McGill in general? Specifically in the Science department

<p>Classes are “unfair” only in the sense that there are few if any easy A’s. </p>
<p>Yes, first year classes tend to be large.</p>
<p>Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think academic dishonesty is no more a problem at McGill than it is in US colleges of similar academic quality.</p>
