Distinctions in Colleges for Med

What kind of differences would there be in terms of education/getting into med school among top colleges such as Harvard, Yale, UPenn, Duke, Dartmouth, and Brown? Would some of them provide more advantages, better education, or make it easier to get into medical school?
I'm sure they are all good schools for med, but I'm really wondering how it breaks down when those schools are compared.

Not much, if any. Maybe in local medical schools (Harvard being better suited for boston medical schools, etc). Harvard puts the most students into top programs, but then again Harvard also has a much larger pre-med population than the other schools mentioned and also has (arguably) the most elite student body so its hard to gauge.

since Brown has the most grade inflation of any top college (mean gpa = 3.6), attending it has to be some advantage. But in general, it’s gpa+test scores. If you attend a top research undergrad college, there is some boost, but not as much as you would like. :)
