You should be able to find this out by going to each school’s website. Some schools (Brandeis used to do this…don’t know if they still do) offer APPLICATION fee waivers to students who visit/tour/info session at their campus. Some schools offer application fee waivers to students who apply before a certain date.

Re: College Board…any fee waiver from the College Board would be for completing the Profile or taking the SATS/SATII tests. These would have nothing to do with the colleges. The College Board is a private entity, not affiliated with the colleges. So, the colleges would have no ability to grant a waiver for anything the College Board administers.

If you are an instate low income student for any of the public universities listed above, perhaps YOUR state offers application fee waivers for low income students to apply to instate public universities.

If you apply using the common app and go to the payment section you should see that a lot of schools have the option of using an NACAC fee waiver

This student is looking for fee waivers that are NOT NACAC.

Oh I thought she said not College Board. NACAC is a different thing entirely. You can have 4 from college board and 4 from NACAC. Anyway though when I applied through the common app I found that the Ivy League schools I applied to had their own institutional fee waivers. If I could make a suggestion I would suggest typing out a fee waiver with your full name, date of birth, and reason for needing a fee waiver and having your counselor sign it. Then fax it over to the schools. I did that for many of the schools that I applied to and they accepted it. Be sure to include the phone number to your school and your counselor’s extension.
