The only physics courses at my school are AP Physics 1 and 2. Will these cover all of the topics on the SAT Subject test? A lot of the schools I want to go to need 2 subject tests including one in science and since I’m already signed up for AP Phys 1 and 2 next year this would make it a whole lot easier on me.
I haven’t taken the physics subject test myself, but I would think that taking those AP classes will prepare you more than enough. Remember, the subject tests reflect what a typical high school student in a high school physics class would learn, and physics 1 + 2 are college level classes. Hope this helped and good luck
From my experience ap physics 1 is not enough for the subject test, not sure about ap physics 2
At my son’s school, Physics 1 is not enough. Fortunately, the teacher offers to tutor the kids in the missing topics to prepare them.
But does Physics 2 on top of it help?
