I am planning ahead. Do they have to leave the campus on the packing day 11/22 or they can leave the day after?

OK, I did a little sleuthing on your behalf.
Looking at what the calendars say for 2015-16, it looks like dorms closed at 2 p.m. the day break begins:

Because the following calendar shows that next fall the break begins on Tuesday, Nov. 22, I would count on your student being gone by 2 p.m. that day, so, no, Wednesday does not appear to be an option:

Depending on your student’s schedule it’s possible that his/her exams will be finished days earlier and could leave before Tuesday. We often brought ds home on Monday. It’s not like the end of the year when they have to pack up; departure is pretty easy, though they are packing for several weeks. Getting out earlier avoids airport headaches, usually is cheaper and makes booking a shuttle easier.
Does that make sense?
For the most part, food service shuts down after lunch on Tuesday. There certainly are some students, many of them international, who have to make other arrangements, but it is of necessity and needs to be worked out in advance.
