Do chance of being accepted depend on the major?

I would like to know whether there is a limit on the students accepted for every major. I am interested in majoring in Applied Mathematics and would like to know the number of students accepted each year in UC Berkeley, Applied Mathematics major (Mathematics Dep.). I couldn’t find the info on the website. Thanks in advance

Within UCB College of Letters and Science, intended major does not affect frosh admission selectivity; all frosh in L&S enter undeclared. Some majors do require a high GPA in the prerequisites to declare, but math is not such a major.

Thanks for the help
