Do colleges in US factor in grade depletion policies that may be followed by schools?

Hello, I am applying to the T20 US universities this year. My high school followed grade depletion policies so that we score more on our 10+2 AISSCE exams. So my high school grades vary from 75% in 9th to 94.8% in 10th to 62% in 11th and a 90 % in 12th. Besides that, I have ECs and Awards in Martial Arts and Music at a professional level. Should I consider applying to the top universities?

Do AOs know that high schools outside the US do not give out A’s like candy? Yes. Do they know that marks for 11th grade in India are typically lower than 9th and 10th? Yes.

I have a follow up question. I’m also an indian student. My 10th grades were also, coincidentally, 94.8 %. Our whole 11th grade was online but the annual exams were offline, in which I scored 80%. At that time, I was working part time as well as my parents were infected. So will this percentage count against me or in my favour…??
