Do colleges know the difficulty of each SAT II?

I'm really going to stress my latin ability on my applications. I just received a 780 on the Latin SAT II, which I am soooo happy about given that Latin is supposed to be one of the hardest tests (or so I've heard). Do colleges know that a 780 Latin is more of an achievement then say an 800 Math IIc? Thanks!

I'm not sure it's fair to say that it's more of an achievement. Getting any 750+ score on the SAT II, IMO, is not a joke. Any person who scores 750+ put a tremendous amoung of effort into preparing and studying.

yes, they inherently do know that some are 'harder' than others. But, they really don't care bcos you can take whichever test you prefer to showcase your strengths. Stats are stats to most adcoms.

One time where a specific test will matter if it's math 1 or math 2 -- applying to an engineering or school like CalTech or MIT essentially require math 2. The other thing adcoms prefer is to see strong scores in different disciplines, i.e., math/science vs. eng/history.

I didn't mean to demean a good score on any test. I meant for me having already completed Calculus and not having been exposed to Latin poetry taking these two tests. Sorry for any confusion or offense.
