Do colleges look a D grade?

Im currently a junior and my throughout high school i've always gotten A's and B's in advanced courses (Pre-AP, AP, DC) up until this past year. My school has a grading period every six weeks and for the 4th six weeks period, i had A's and B's except for one D in my World History Dual Credit class and now im freaking out that it will affect my chances at getting into a good college. The 5th six weeks period passed and i brought my grade up to an A in that class and the rest were A's and B's. now im just waiting for the final 6th six weeks period to also keep my history grade up. I just need to know if it will drastically affect my chances for college..

And if you could also answer if colleges look at each grading period grades, semester grades, or final grades..

Thanks

Colleges only look at final grades for freshman, sophomore, and junior years. For senior year if you apply early to a college i believe they also see your first marking period grades and if you apply regular they see first marking period, second marking period, and semester.
