When colleges see your transcript do they look at the grades you earned in each of your classes or your GPA? I ask this because I am terrible at Spanish and get a B every year in the regular class. This kills my GPA, but as I am already fluent in 2 languages and am applying as a business/finance major will colleges care that I do poorly in Spanish?

They look at both the GPA and the grades. You shouldn’t be penalized for doing well but not great in one class. Of course that does depend on what your competition looks like.
