Hi, I am at a cc right now and I submitted a TAG to UCR. I was a full time student w/ no jobs. Would this look bad?

No. All they care about is grades the most. Having a job or extracurricular activities only truly matter for UCB/UCLA. Besides, if you tagged to UCR, you’re guaranteed admission.
