Do grad schools look at past grad school grades or just undergrad?

<p>Let's say I got a bachelor's at a university. I decided to stay at that university and get a master's. Now I desire a second master's degree, and I apply to another university for grad school. </p>

<p>Would the second university look at both undergrad and grad school grades for me or just the undergrad grades?</p>
