Do I have a chance anymore at JMU, CNU, or Mary Washington?

I got my transcript back, and my GPA was only 3.35 :/.

My grading scale is 100-94 = A and my number average was 92.7, 1.3 below an A. So in a lot of my classes I had a really high B, but it still got counted as 3.0 even if it was one point below an A.

My SAT scores are:

1920 overall
640 CR
650 Math
630 Writing

EC's:

Concession stand at school sports: Freshman, Sophomore, and Senior year.
Yearbook/Newsletter: Senior year
Beta Club: Junior year
Worked at Chick-fil-a for 6 months during Junior year.
Spent half of Junior year helping take care of my mother before she died of lung cancer.

It just feels like my school's grading scale isn't very forgiving. Almost all of my B's where 91+ and I still got a 3.0 for each of them because we don't use + or - grades. Will that get taken into account? I mean, my average grade was a 92.7 :/
