Do I have a chance at UCSD?

Hello! I would like to hear some people's opinions as to whether I have a chance at getting into UCSD, which is my dream school. I began my high school years at a charter school, which is really easy to pass and is not competetive at all. They don't offer any AP or honors classes at this school so I feel like I'm at a bit of a disadvantage already because I was never in any AP classes and I know UCSD is a very competetive school. My grades have been as follows:

9th grade:
A-G English A
A-G Spanish 1 A
A-G Geometry A
PE B
A-G Biology A
Study Skills. A

10th Grade:
A-G English II A
A-G Spanish 3 A
A-G Algebra II A
PE 2. B
A-G Chemistry A
A-G World His. A
Health. A

11th Grade (Where it gets a bit funky):
A-G English III B
A-G Pre-Calc. C
A-G Physics. A
A-G US History B
A-G Vis Arts (C- first sem) (D sec semester)
Internship. C

Now, this year, I am retaking Precal because I did not grasp any of the concepts last year and Calc would be super confusing if I didn't understand Precal, I believe. I am also now at a more competetive school and am retaking Visual Arts to make up for that D in that semester for Visual Arts.

12th Grade Schedule:
AVID
English 4
Biotechnology
Math Analysis (Precal)
Enonomics
Government
Film Studies (as my vis arts)

With that being said, I think my biggest flaw in my transcript would be the Visual Arts with the D grade. Do you guys think that I still have a chance with these grades? My SAT scores were a bit average, I scored:

Reading 560
Math 540
Writing 530

I do plan on retaking the SAT and possibly aiming for 600 scores on each. I may also take some SAT Subject Tests if those will help.
Would I have a chance if I score 600 on each?

Your score (especially Math) is too low for UCSD. 1750 SAT and 3.5 GPA maybe sufficient.

Your stats are too low for UCSD, see Freshman profile: http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/campuses/san-diego/freshman-profile/index.html</a>
Average UC GPA: 4.13 Average SAT: 2018

You need to calculate your UC GPA:<a href=“GPA Calculator for the University of California – RogerHub”>http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc</a></p>

Even a 1800 on the SAT will put at the 25th percentile. You need to look elsewhere. If you are set on attending UCSD, I would suggest you consider a CC, get a great GPA and transfer.
Your stats would give you a chance at UCR and UCM plus many of the Cal States and privates.

Dang  do you guys think that I would have a chance applying to UC Davis or UC Irvine? Or should I just set my sights on CSU schools?

I think you should just stick with CSU schools, or CC then transfer. UCD and UCI would somewhat be reaches still

UCD/UCI/UCSB: Low Reach
I would suggest you look at SDSU/CSULB/SJSU/CSUF/UCSC/UCR/UCM or CC then transfer.

Ok, thank you guys for all of your help! I will look into more CSU schools to see which one is the best fit for me. Gracias :)
