<p>I got a 29 on my ACT, but I'm going to take it again in hopes of getting a 30 or above. I have a 4.4 GPA with mostly advanced/AP classes, and I have a couple of clubs. I'm from out of state so I really need a scholarship. Is it possible?</p>
<p>Realistically, no. They already sent out regents invitations, if you didnt get one and since you are OOS you wont get that much money</p>
<p>but you will probably get in, they admit OOS students so they can pay more. UCs are designed for CA students, so they give them more money and better admission opportunities</p>
<p>The Alumni Scholarships at Cal are available to OOS students, but the deadlines have passed. Other campus scholarships are generally reserved for in-state students. You should research and apply for outside scholarships as you will only qualify for federal aid and not state aid.</p>

Probably not even going to be accepted let alone get a scholorship
