Do I have a chance? Please help

Hi there

I’m going to major in biology and I’m thinking of applying to UCSD, UC Berkeley, Northeastern, Tufts and Case Western
I already took 2 SAT subject tests, which is what most colleges require I think.
I got a 710 in Bio and 760 in Math II… I didnt study for them…
I have the Physics SAT this week, but I dont have time to study for that either… I was thinking maybe I just won’t use it if the score is really that bad, but that would leave me with 710 and 760.
I was wondering: Are those good enough scores? Especially because I’m going to be majoring in Biology?

I live in NJ so I’m out of state so my scores are supposed to be higher for pretty much everything I think.
I’m also not just looking to be accepted. I am hoping for financial aid because my family cannot pay full tuition for some of the schools.
I am also asian… I dont really know if that’s relevant, but maybe just in case it does

My other stats are:
ACT: 32 composite (35 math, 34 english, 31 with writing, 28 reading, 32 science)
SAT I: 1st time: 2060
2nd time: 2120 (660 CR, 700 W, 760 M)
AP Calc AB: 5
AP English I: 4
AP French: 4
GPA: 4.26
I play clarinet and a chinese instrument, I’m president of my school’s environmental club, graduated from chinese school, French Honor Society, Math Honor Society, Marching Band for 2 years, have done ABRSM up to grade 6, 9 years of chinese orchestra, etc.
I would say my course load has been on the rigorous side, but hasn’t been crazy or anything.

UCSD and UCB give little to no financial aid to OOS students. Expect to pay around $55K/year to attend.
