Do I have a chance?

I applied to Georgia Tech early and got deferred, but my grades have improved for first semester senior year.
I am an out of state hispanic female (from Pennsylvania)
SAT- M 770 CR 580 W 560
Subject tests- Math 2 800 (my admissions counselor said that subject test scores are used even though not required)
GPA UW 3.2 ish
GPA W 3.5 ish (by georgia tech scale), but first semester senior year grades a 3.8 (significant upward trend?)
My class rigor is pretty impressive. 4 AP classes, 14 IB Classes (diploma program), 2 college courses and the rest honors. I'll finish high school with double the required math credits and it is obvious that math is what I do best.

Extracurriculars:
NHS, Math Team, Academic Decathlon team, varsity track and soccer, habitat for humanity, relay for life, engineering club

I also spend all my summers working as a camp counselor.

Wait, so your recalculated GPA is a 3.5? I’d say you’ve got a shot, maybe a slight reach.

I have a 4.12 GPA
My SAT is 1940

Math - 750
CR - 540
Writing - 650

What chances do i have for Gatech?
