Do I have a chance?

Hi, everyone! I'm a junior in a public high school, and Cornell is my dream school!!

I have been in California since 2008 (sophomore year), English is not perfect, but the speed in learning English is fast.

Not many AP&Honor so far:
AP U.S (B)
AP Calculus AB&BC (A)
AP Chinese (A) =..=
Honor Chemistry (A)

don't know the score of exams yet.

Next year (Hopefully):
AP Physics (A)
AP Chemistry (A)
AP Statistics (A)
AP Government &Honor Economy (A)

SAT: 2000-2150
SAT II Math 2: 780+.
SAT II Chemistry: 750+

EC:
1. Red Cross
2. Immigrant Student Outreach Council (president, founder, and did a lot of contributions for immigrant students across the city)
3. several performances
4. bunches of engineering summer programs (not at famous campuses though)

Compare to other applicants, i feel i am so small....but are there any possibilities??

Appreciate!!!

You haven’t really posted enough information–all of your scores are estimates, I don’t know your class rank or GPA.

yeah, you are right. Actually those estimated scores are from the practice SAT (Official guide), and I think they are reachable for me. I rank on 17/500 (unweighted), and 77/500 (weighted). My weighted ranking is bad because my English level was low at first and can’t take any honor or AP classes until junior year.

Thank you very much!

If you get your predicted scores and your school is competitive (e.g. gets a fair number of people into Ivies), you certainly have a shot. Your essays/recs will make a big difference as well.
