Do I have a decent chance?

Hey guys, I'm a high school senior and I was wondering if you could give me your opinion on my chances of getting into UC Berkeley College of Letters and Science. (Also, my chances at UCLA. UC Davis - safety?)

Sophomore year: English 3-4, Spanish III, Social Psychology (Semester), free period (semester)Algebra II, Modern World History, Integrated Science II, Dance I (I took Beginning chemistry at a community college the summer before my junior year, and received an A)
Junior year: AP Biology, Math Analysis, English 5-6, P.E. Dance, U.S. History, Spanish IV, (One free period for a year)
Senior Year(grades not on application): AP Spanish, AP English, AP Calculus AB, Economics (Semester), Law and Society (Semester), Honors Physics

My GPA is unweighted 4.0, weighted around 4.24
My high school is considered to be a good one, i'm top 4% (eligible in the local context)

I took the SAT once and received a 2200 Breakdown: Math: 780 Reading: 730 Writing: 690 (ehh...)

SAT IIs taken once: Biology M: 800 Math II: 670 (ouch)

I also took the AP Biology Test and received a score of 5

My extracurriculars:
I've done Tae Kwon Do for the past 5 or 6 years and have a blackbelt, and have taught martial arts (as a job i.e. i get paid) for about a year.
I was in Key Club since my freshmen year and was Treasurer my sophomore year and President my junior year. I think I have like 150-200 hours of community service I can't remember very well.
I was in the breakdance club since my freshmen year.
I am a member of the California Scholarship Federation and am one semester away from becoming a lifetime member. (So I guess i've been in it for 3 years)
I was on my city's swim team my freshmen year for about a year.
I was on my school's cross country team for a semester sophomore year (junior varsity).
I've played guitar for the last two years, and have excelled at the instrument.

Thanks very much for your opinions/advice. I greatly appreciate it.

Sure, your chances are fine- it just depends on a few things. including essays, how good you make the things you do sound, and most importantly, how well your high school places people. If people with similar stats and situations to you get into schools like this, you're set for here and probably LA. If not, then you are not. Like anyone, admissions can seem random. Do what you can to increase your chance, and good luck, but no one can really tell you much.
