Do I have a shot at Georgetown?

<p>Hello, I am going to be a senior this year and I would really like to attend Georgetown. I feel like its a long shot but what do you guys think? </p>

<p>Unweighted GPA: 4.0
By graduation I will have taken 9 AP Classes
ACT-30 and 10 on writing
AP SCORES: 5(APUSH) 4(APWH) 3(APBIO)
SAT2 Scores: 750 (US History) will take a bio and lit in november</p>

<p>Extracurricular:
5 years of Soccer
7 years of Martial Arts ( Have won some medals at the Regional Level)
3 years of Yearbook and Editor in Chief this year
Participation in 2012 Google Science Fair
2 years member of Take Action Community Service Club
2 years member of Garden Club/NBTA Chapter, Founder and President
My Senior Project is centered around Organic Food and GMO Awareness so I will probably be doing some cool stuff with that
Helped get NHS Chapter started at school and may be elected President of it </p>

<p>Summers:
Sophomore: Library Volunteer
Junior: Trip to Greece for one month and internship at Hospice Care Facility
Senior: Yearbook Conference AT UC Santa Cruz and Shriner's Children Hospital Summer Youth Program in Surgery Department</p>

<p>Plan to apply to Nursing and Health School under the International Health Degree Program
Ultimate goal is to enter Med School after

First Generation American
Afghan and Greek, Muslim
Top 5% of my class
California </p>

<p>I believe I can have a strong interview and good recommendations from my counselor and teachers. </p>

<p>I don’t do “chance me” threads most of the time because I think they’re kind of toxic but I have to tell you being from California is actually a DISadvantage because it produces such a huge number of applicants, well, everywhere. Sorry.
