Do I have a shot at my dream school? please help

The title is a bit misleading. My dream schools are stanford/duke/pomona, but those seem to be out of the question. A close fourth is Vanderbilt, which, by default, is my #1 choice right now. I appreciate all answers and feedback so much! Here are my stats:

I am finishing my junior year
ACT composite: 30 (only took it once with very minimal prep. i am retaking in june and, according to my new tutor, should make a 32. if i need to retake in september to get it higher, I will.)
weighted GPA: 4.054
unweighted GPA: 3.9 roughly

i volunteer a lot and am active in national charity league. even got the presidential volunteer service award (probably the bronze one, but still). i have done 2 yrs of varsity tennis and 2 years of ballet during high school. I'm in NHS. i am doing a 1 week summer program at a college this summer. I'm in a club called future doctors of america, spanish club, and a leadership organization at my school. i also do future problem solvers. i've been on the president's honor roll every year since I've had a weighted gpa above 4.0 every year. I was in the top 10% sophomore year.

i guess its pretty unimpressive. maybe i should settle on something more like davidson or emory? maybe USD or UCSD or pepperdine if i want to go to california still?

Basically, do i have a chance at vanderbilt?

Thank you so so much for taking the time to read.

If you actually score a 32 then you can put Stanford, Duke and Pomona back as reaches.

Davidson: High match
Emory: High match
USD: Low match
UCSD: Match (can you pay full-freight?)
Pepperdine: Low match/Match
Vanderbilt: Reach
