<p>Animalmother, At NCSU there is no such thing as General College. The closest thing to that would be the First Year College program. You should probably look it up on State's website and see if you would be interested in that.</p>

<p>I would say it would be very dependent on how your May SAT score comes out. As a note, I beleive it would be really difficult to go from First Year College to Engineering if that is your plan.</p>
<p>Ahh, so engineering at NC State is a bit of a stretch for me then.</p>
<p>Alright, I've just been accepted to the college of engineering wolfpack motorsports summer program. (hopefully not my last acceptance letter from nc state :P ) Does this help my chances at all by showing them my interest? Or at least tell me that they like my transcript?</p>
