<p>On academic merit, probably not. Since your dad is a prestigious professor at yale, probably yes (they don’t want to tick off a professor)</p>
<p>since you are a junior, you have tons of time to get all your stats up. Most kids dont even start taking the SAT until spring of junior year. So study a LOT for the SAT and aim for a 2300+. Get all your grades up to A’s by the end of the year and position yourself to have leadership in EC’s for senior year.</p>
