Do I have any chance at getting into Dartmouth? Please give me your honest opinion!

SATs(going to retake): 590 Math, 750 CR, 790 Writing
SAT IIs: 720 U.S., 760 Literature
ACTs: Have taken, haven't received scores yet, but I got a 32 and a 33 on the two practice tests I took.
GPA: 3.63 on a 4.3 scale
Class rank: They just changed our system from rank to percent, but I fluctuated between 20 and 30 out of 200 for the past couple years, and they haven't reported our percents yet
AP: 5 on U.S. history (it was the only non math/science AP my school offered my junior year), taking AP European history, AP english, and AP calc this year (calc is a bizarre situation in which my school forced 1/4 of my grade to take it so they could get more funding)
EC: Editor on the newspaper, started on varsity tennis since freshman year/captain, NHS member, have had a job lifeguarding/teaching swimming lessons since the beginning of soph. year, babysit, member of "link crew" (orientation group for freshmen you have to apply for to get in), 600+ hours of community service, junior statesmen of america (kind of like a debate club), representative on student council, one of four students in my grade to be selected for NVLI (leadership scholarship program for a week during the summer)
Additonal: Two of my uncles, two of my cousins, and my grandfather went there, but I don't think family really helps unless it's immediate family... I am going to apply for English/History as a double major. I am wayyyyyy better at those two than I am at math/science. I have never gotten below an A in a english or history class; math and science are the reason for my GPA not being higher. Also, my school weights APs the same as honors. I have never taken any classes that aren't honors level.
