So I am from a suburb outside of Chicago and have visited Pitzer twice, once for a tour and again for an interview. Pitzer is my number one but I didn't do early decision, all my applications are regular decision. My junior year was okay but I wanted to do regular so they might look at my first semester grades of this year. I have a GPA of 4.24 and my SAT is 1840 I believe. I have two jobs, lots of community service and school leadership through something we call Youth Summit, and my essays are pretty good I think. Do I have a chance? Or by applying regular decision does it look like I am not that interested? God I pray I get in.

YES of course you do! The advantage you have is specifically the fact that you do not need to send SAT scores, so they won’t be questioning your low SAT but high GPA.

Agree - just send in the high GPA and your community work (not SAT). Admissions will also look highly on the fact that you visited twice from Chicago.
