Do I have to rescind my apps?

<p>This is all hypothetical but say I get into my ED school. Can I not rescind my applications because I want to see where I get in? I have every intention of honoring the ED commitment but I just really want to see where else I got in as I already sent out all my RD apps.</p>

<p>How about living by the adage of “let your YES be YES and your NO be NO”?</p>

<p>Plus, you are jeapordizing your HS’ standing by your shifty actions. The ED school has no basis to believe you’ll carry through and not screw them. ED schools will black list high schools who play with them and you’ll screw other students.</p>
