My transcripts are sent via Parchment.
I am wondering about these colleges:
- University of California schools
- University of Washington
- University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
- University of British Columbia
- University of Toronto
- University of Waterloo
- UW and UIUC utilize the Coalition Application, so your guidance counselor should be able to upload a copy of your transcript with her counselor LOR.
- All of the UCs do not require official transcripts during the review process, only if you are admitted and decide to enroll. You will self-report your courses and grades on the application.

- I believe (not sure, check the website,) that all three of the Canadian schools you have listed use their own applications. If so, check if they require an official transcript. If they do, there may be an option for you or your guidance counselor to upload it yourself. Otherwise, check if your high school has a paper form (or an electronic version other than Parchment, which has a fee) that allows you to request transcripts for free, as my HS did up to a certain number during your senior year.
Hope that helps!
