Currently I'm filling out the common app for certain colleges. However, 2 of them are done and I want to send them and be done with it. However, my last ACT scores were bad, and I'm taking it again on December 12th.

The question is: Should I wait until I take the test to send my application? Or is it OK if I tell ACT to send my scores automatically as soon it is graded, before I take it(now)?

If you have worked hard, studying for your next ACT test, then send the scores immediately and save yourself money. Another suggestion would be to send your ACT score from the first test you took, and also the ACT test you are about to take. This way, if you had choosen one over the other, that score you choose may be the weaker of the two and make you less competitive. It can also boost your application because your score may improve and it tells admissions officers how much you care about yourself and your application.
