Do I have to send the CSS Profile to all my schools at once?

<p>I'm applying UChicago EA, so I'm planning on finishing the CSS profile tonight.</p>

<p>I'm currently in the process of registering and adding the colleges I want to send the profile to. The page says: </p>

<p>"You will be charged $16.00 per college or program selected. You can add or remove colleges or programs at any time before you submit your PROFILE application."</p>

<p>I notice that it says "you can add or remove colleges at any time -BEFORE- you submit your profile application". Does that mean I have to send it to all my colleges at once?
I don't really want to pay to send it to all my RD schools tonight. If it really is the case, can I just send the profile to UChicago and start a new one when I have to send it to my RD schools?
I'm really confused.</p>

<p>I have the same question. D will apply ED to first choice. CSS is due to that school on 11/15. Do I submit to all schools to which she may apply RD at the same time?</p>
