Do I have to transfer credit?

Hi,

I'm from OS and I took a college class from a local community college to keep myself occupied during the summer. I was wondering if I was required to transfer the credit to the U. The credit I would be getting wouldn't help me with my Engineering degree. I got an A- in the class which isn't bad, but I don't want to start college with a 3.66 GPA while everyone else had a clean slate.

Thanks.

No. If you dont send them a transcript nothing will get transferred.

If at some point you change your mind, send an official CC transcript to the office of admissions.

Will if fulfill one of the requirements for graduation? If so, you can have the official transcript sent later.

You never know, it might fulfill one of your non engineering credits. Call the advising office or ask during orientation, but I do not think the letter grade will transfer, only the credit.

What course was it?
