Do I need to be in DePaul's Honors College if I want to transfer to a top school?

<p>Question in the title. What do you guys think? How much of a difference does it make and would not being in the honors program kill my chances? BTW, I'm going for a major in finance.</p>

Rank: 43/504
10 Honors/AP Courses
24 ACT (retaking next Saturday)
EC's:
40 Hours of service with Arizona Attorney General's Office
8 Hours of service at Phoenix Children's Hospital
Freshmen Football
JV Football
Worked at Harkins Theatres for a year
Currently employed at Discover Financial Services</p>

<p>Was accepted to DePaul and given a scholarship that pays about 40% of the tuition.</p>
