Okay, so the issue is that I took the SAT last year and got a 1550, where I accidentally had it sent to the colleges that I will be applying to. I took the ACT twice after that were pretty good scores which will be self reported + sent to colleges. My question is, do I NEED to self-report my old bad SAT score on the common app (that I already sent a year ago) or can I just pretend it never happened even though it's already sent? If I do report it, will it decrease my chances of getting in to the college?

We are in the same boat.

No, he is not reporting his “bad” scores, he is reporting his top two SAT II scores and his top SAT score from one sitting.

It seems clear to me on the Common App that you can report anything you want to.

Reporting scores on the common app is entirely optional.
