Do I put short work experiences?

I am applying to grad schools, and they all asked me to put work experiences…the problem is, all my work experiences are
simple stuff like school desk assistant and I don’t think they are worth putting there. and if I do, that means I would have to put them in my resume, but there are far more important stuff to put in my resume than my work experiences that are irrelevant to grad programs.

What should I do? Should I not list them at all in the application, or is it ok to list them in the application without putting them in the resume?

Employment always looks good. Don’t forget that academics prefer a CV which, unlike a resume, is not limited to one page.

You can always list on your CV in one line format after your academic stuff.

Retail Clerk, Nordstroms (Dates)
Library Assistant, Undergrad Library, (Dates)
Food Service/Dinning Hall (dates)

I agree, there is no need for a paragraph after each job.

Thank you!
