Do I Stand A chance to get into GradSchool Despite my 4 Ws and 1 F?

<p>Do I Stand A Chance? </p>

<p>First off, I would like to thank anyone who reads this and offers advice.</p>

<p>I graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Business Administration, Majoring in Marketing. My GPA is a 3.36</p>

<p>During my time in college I dropped 4 total courses and failed 1course.</p>

<p>Reasoning behind my 4 Ws</p>

<p>W #1 (sophomore year, fall semester) Course: Problem Solving Using Computer: I suffered a painful injury playing for the University’s club team. I underwent reconstructive knee surgery.</p>

<p>W #2 (junior year, fall semester). Course was Acting For-Non Majors (not related to my major) - The teacher planned to fail me because I am a horrible actor.</p>

<p>W#3 (junior year, Spring Semester) Course: Finance. My financial obligations required me to find a job and to work many hours. I couldn’t handle the work load.</p>

<p>W# 4 (Senior Year, Fall Semester) Courses: Marketing Management. I continued working 35 hour weeks and had to start off as a fulltime student in order to receive my 75th tuition scholarship.</p>

<p>Reasoning behind my only F: continued working 35hour weeks (same situation as before), became an intern at my local United Way, and was going through a painful family problem. (Too much stress)</p>

<p>Life After College:</p>

<p>worked at a Bar Association as a lawyer referral Clerk.</p>

<p>Joined the Peace Corps. Completed my 27month commitment and extended for an addition 13 months. (took leadership positions, accomplished many things, and carried out a number of responsibilities)</p>

<p>Am I a competitive grad school Applicant, or are my 4 W’s, and 1 F going to be my demise?</p>
